Our AWANA program only costs $20/student. Then $10 per additional child from the same family. $50 cap per family for the entire school year. This includes workbooks and vests/shirts.

PICTURE RELEASE. By submitting this form I give my consent to allow my child(children) listed above to be photographed for use by Faith Bible Church in newspapers or other electronic media such as church websites promoting AWANA clubs.
