Begging God for Leaders

People in the time of Jesus were much like people are today. As Jesus went throughout the towns and countryside of Israel, he paid particular attention to the despair of the people. Matthew describes them as harassed and helpless.  Jesus saw and felt the critical shortage of godly leaders to meet the needs of people. HIs solution – to earnestly beg God in prayer for new leaders.  In this message I'll also touch on 1 Timothy 2:1-4 about praying for political leaders and the election.
